Montclair Culinary Academy (MCA) offers innovative, creative, healthy classes for adults and children.

Our classes are hands-on and our goal is for everyone who attends our classes to learn a new cooking skill or come away with a greater understanding of farm to table cuisines from around the world. Enjoy an evening of dining at our communal table, meet new people or connect with friends and family in our beautifully renovated Victorian space in Upper Montclair. All our guests enjoy creating, healthy, fabulous and delicious food.

Jr. Chefs (ages 7-17) learn proper culinary skills such as food safety, knife skills, food science, social and math skills.

We offer cooking classes from beginners to seasoned home cooks, private workshops, corporate events, team building as well as private parties, including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers and Bachelorette celebrations to name a few.
